Heinrich Kipp Werk GmbH & Co. KG (HKW) employs over 500 people worldwide. Its core competencies are the manufacture and distribution of standard and control elements, clamping technology and the realization of special solutions. There are a total of 13 subsidiaries and over 50 commercial agencies.
KIPP Car Comfort Systems (CCS) employs over 320 people. Its core competence is the production of special solutions for vehicle construction, such as cargo rails, cargo area handles and aerodynamic systems. There are a total of three locations in Germany, Hungary and Mexico. The in-house production rate is 100%.
dk Fixiersysteme GmbH & Co. KG is a German manufacturer of modular clamping systems for measuring and testing. The product range includes over 1,000 items that can be freely combined using the modular system. In addition to standard elements for tactile and optical measurement, special solutions can also be realised.
NORMTEILWERK ROBERT BLOHM GmbH is a German manufacturer of high-quality drill bushes and standard parts for cutting and punching tools. The company's high level of vertical integration also allows it to produce special solutions based on customer drawings. The product range comprises a total of over 35,000 products.
HWR Spanntechnik GmbH is an innovative manufacturer of clamping devices for metalworking. The product range specializes in clamping deformation-sensitive workpieces and in the compensating, concentric clamping of components of any shape, in order to reliably meet the highest requirements for turning operations.

No elite sports without support – The Young Olympian Foundation
As a partner of elite sports and a sponsor of the Young Olympian Foundation, we take responsibility and support young athletes as a training company or as an employer.
For example, our professional athlete Katharina Menz started as a management trainee in the KIPP Group in 2022. Katharina Menz, professional athlete and a “bundle of energy par excellence”, studied mechatronics/electrical engineering and completed a two-year trainee program within the KIPP Group to start her career.
To prepare sufficiently and to be able to compete in many national and international competitions, the highest level of flexibility is required from the employer. As a partner company of elite sports, we offer this opportunity to around a dozen athletes.
